My Story

Hi, my name is Phillip Bridgeman. I am a student at Red River College in my fourth term, seeking co-op or student positions in software development, backend, and data science. Living with low vision gives me a unique perspective on technology and the world around me.I have expertise in Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#, and I also have experience with the .NET framework and Java.

My previous experience in customer service involved answering 30–50 phone calls daily and writing mail responses using an automated system. I corrected typing and grammar errors, usually handling about ten pieces per hour.

I am excited to pursue a career in technology and strive to become the best version of myself. I enjoy watching hockey, notably the Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose, and played curling in high school. In my free time, I read novels and short stories, play billiards with friends and family, and have recently embarked on a fitness journey to become healthier. I am eager to prove myself to an employer who values my input and contributions in every area.
